Womxn's Fest will take place on May 23rd from 3pm-7pm
This is an outdoor event. The rain date is May 30th
Artists are expected to arrive by 2:30
Artists are expected to provide ALL their own materials (we don't know what paint you like to use, your canvas size, or how you like your workspace set up :)
Artists will be provided a 8ft by 8ft space to set up
This is a FREE opportunity
Please check the "Paintings" box at the bottom of the form if you would like to sell other original artworks at your booth area, and we will provide you with a discounted vendor fee. Keep in mind the discounted fee ($20) applies only if you are selling JUST original artworks painted prior to the event (prints do not count as original artworks).
If you would like to sell more than original artworks e.g. prints, stickers, buttons, etc. then please check the "vendor" box at the bottom of the form and we will send you a vendor application as well. If accepted as a vendor, you will be a charged $35 vending fee. Vendors will be provided with a 10 by 10 space.
If you wish to only sell artworks painted live at the event, check the "artist only" box at the bottom of the form, you will not be charged a fee.
